I spoke with my lawyer who informed me if we do not get an extension (which we should be very proud of doing for SR by the way, everyone involved in making that happen is awesome!) as long as you make your purchase and pay before the ban then it is a legal transaction and I can ship it after the ban take effect as long as we include the invoice and highlight the order date showingit was a legal transaction.
1- they will not search your shipment. I will make sure to take down all banned items the day they are no longer legal and only have the alkaloid extracts we have prepared for this and any other surprised we’ve been working on 😁 that being said, also I hope that helps anyone thinking I will exit scam…is this the end of the road for some? yes. For me it’s the beginning. The players will change but business is an infinite game - it never ends. We will continue to play and plan to uise this to our advantage actually within the market. 
2- if they did and we shipped it out late because we are backed up (within reason obviously I can’t do this nect year as a “loop hole” lmao) then we are fine and there is no illegal substance purchasing inthat insatance so I am working and dialed in to try and get every order possible out today and tomorrow I am going to run labels thaat have not been made yet shortly and we will continue to bust ass early until late everyday to get as miuch done as possible but there is no need to be concerned! I know myCOMMUNICATIONS HAVE BEEN GOD AWFUL AND THAT REALLY HURTS ME BECAUSE I LOVE TALKING TO YOU GUYS but also because customer service is my favorite part of this job and it sucks that I am not good enough yet to manufacture with the quality and consistency I require from myself to keep up with demand better but then shipping eats up the feastof my time and I’msorry for that, sincerelyI have been trying to get back to people little by little since I spoke wth a customer who really helped me understand another perspective and I hope I can continue toimprove each day to soon be able to reach these requirements in a single day and still answer everyonebut for now I am not ther and I’m sorry.
