We are not able to reimburse for shipping charges. The cost of shipping is what you're paying for us to pack your order with whatever label you selected. We charge what it costs to purchase that label, we do not make anything off of shipping charges and often times lose a few dollars on label purchases. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the carriers, and once we drop off your order it's out of our control, but we still have to pay for the shipping whether it arrives on time or not. The money does not go to us and when we reimburse customers and file for a refund we get denied 90% of the time.

I wish I could control the carriers better and get your orders to you in the time frame they're supposed to arrive but I can't and I shouldn't have to be the one paying for this when we did our part. I understand these situations can be less than ideal but even when a package is late, we still have to pay the full cost of shipping. The only other alternative would be for us to no longer offering expedited shipping options and I know many people would rather pay for faster shipping than wait, so I do not want to remove the expedited options but it's becoming far too costly for us to return the cost of shipping to customers and eating that cost when we did nothing wrong.
